As the Lead Copywriter and Art Director for Ticketmaster's sports brand division campaign, I developed the visual identity and campaign voice for "Officially Official." The campaign addressed the consumer's confusion around Ticketmaster’s "Official Marketplace" status by repositioning it as a bold and credible advantage rather than a vague claim. By leveraging Ticketmaster’s partnerships with major sports leagues and venues, the campaign emphasized the tangible benefits of being "official," such as competitive pricing, the widest ticket selection, ticket authenticity, and convenience. Through engaging visual storytelling and dynamic copy, supported by educational emails, display banners, and in-app messaging, the campaign effectively redefined Ticketmaster’s official status as a trusted and valuable choice for sports fans.
